Abstract:

To provide an inverter mounting structure of a rear engine vehicle capable of efficiently cooling an inverter without reducing the weight or the cost.

An inverter 5 is disposed in front of an engine, and a heat-shielding plate 6 having a space 7 formed in an upper portion thereof and an opening 8 communicated with the outside formed in a lower portion thereof is provided between the engine 3 and the inverter 5.
