PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchanger or the like in which, even if vibration or the like are applied, a cation exchanger and an anion exchanger are hard to be separated, and conductivity is more easy to be improved.SOLUTION: Provided is an ion exchanger reproducible by the application of voltage, having a structure where a cation exchanger C and an anion exchanger A in which specific gravities are different each other and a conductor E are integrated. In this case, the cation exchanger C, the anion exchanger A and the conductor E are integrated, e.g., via a binder B.
