Abstract:
To enable an ion laser tube to suppress return path discharge and to stably make laser oscillation, even if the number of discharging times becomes larger.
An ion laser tube 20 is provided with a thin laser tube 1, having a central discharging through hole 2 and made of an insulating material and an anode electrode 4 and a cathode electrode 5 arranged on both sides of the tube 1. The tube 1 is provided with a gas return path through-holes 3, arranged around the discharging hole 2 and each hole 3 has at least one bent or curved section formed in its intermediate section.
