Title:
IRON CORE BLOCK FOR REACTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3407611
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the end of magnetic steel plates from floating by exerting a force for clamping the laminated steel plates on the whole of each magnetic steel plate.
SOLUTION: A plurality of rectangular magnetic steel plates 2 whose each is sequentially shorter in length are laminated so as to make an outline in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid to construct iron core blocks 11, 12 in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid. The pair of iron core blocks 11, 12 in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid are arranged symmetrically so that a regular polygon includes the pair of iron core blocks 11, 12 in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid and the outline has even sides and the length of one side is equal to the length of a leg side of the iron core blocks 11, 12 in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid. A force P for clamping the laminated steel plates is exerted on the whole of each magnetic steel plate to be capable of preventing occurrence of noise caused by floating of the end of the magnetic steel plates.
