Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily position a work and to shorten a tact-time inexpensively.
CONSTITUTION: This ironing bending machine 1 is composed by installing a top die 15 to a lift frame 11 freely clamping a work and freely movable vertically while opposing to a fixed bottom die 7 fixed on a fixed frame 5 fixed on the forward side of a frame body 3, and installing a vertically movable bend beam provided with a lower bending die 35D and an upper bending die 35U in order to bend vertically the work clamped with the bottom die 7 and the top die 15 inside the machine body. Further, long hole 69A to 69D are installed on the left and right sides of the bend beam, and knocking members 75A to 75F of a back and forth movable back-gage 71 to position the work at a prescribed place are installed on this long holes 69A to 69D by penetrating them.
