Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ISDN terminal adaptor where a synchronization PPP terminal of a connection destination views links as if only one PPP link were in existence by logically multiplexing a plurality of PPP links in an ISDN terminal adaptor.
SOLUTION: An ISDN terminal adaptor 10 that makes data communication via an ISDN through connection to an ISDN channel 30 and a plurality of data terminals 20, is provided with an asynchronous/synchronous PPP conversion section 13 that applies asynchronous/synchronous PPP conversion to a point-to- point protocol PPP between a data terminal 20 and an access point on the ISDN channel 30 and with an IP multiplex conversion section 15 that applies logical multiplex of a plurality of PPP links to a same connection destination.
