Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new isoprene derivative, useful as an action enhancer for a carcinostatic agent, e.g. taxol.
SOLUTION: This compound is represented by formal I {(m) is 0-3; (n) is 5-12; A is a cyclo (3-6C) alkyl, etc.; R1 and R2 are each benzyl, etc.; X is a single bond or (CH2)pNH [(p) is 0-3], etc.} and its pharmaceutically permissible salt, e.g. trans-N,N-bis(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-N-solanesyl-1,2-diaminocyclohexane. The compound represented by formula I is produced by reacting a compound represented by formula II with a computer represented by formula III (L is a halogen, etc.). The compound represented by formula III in an amount of 0.1-10mol equiv. based on the compound represented by formula II is used at this time and the reaction is carried out in, e.g. an ether solvent at 10-30°C temperature for 5-6hr.
