Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inhibit looseness resulting from vibration or the like with simple work, when a headed bolt is screwed.SOLUTION: A looseness prevention structure for a headed bolt is configured such that after a headed bolt 1 passes through a bolt hole 18 of an upper member 17, and is screwed into a lower member 20, two nails 7 are inserted toward an inlet corner part 19 of the bolt hole of the upper member through two drilled holes 5, cutting blades 9 of wedge parts at tips of the two nails are bitten into the inlet corner part of the bolt hole by screwing a small bolt 10 for pushing-in, and then the headed bolt is connected to the upper member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
