To provide a compact jack with a claw convenient in use, suitable for a rescue unit used in a narrow disaster site.
The jack 10 with the claw is provided with a fixed claw 12; a moving claw 14 approachably/separably movable relative to the fixed claw; a screw mechanism 16 for moving the moving claw 14 by rotation force of a screw; a lifting rachet type wrench 18 for rotating the screw; and a quick feeding manual rotation handle 20 for rotating the screw. A heavy weight article is lifted by rotating the screw of the screw mechanism 16 by the rachet type wrench 18 and moving the moving claw 14 in lifting. The screw of the screw mechanism 16 is quickly rotated by the quick feeding manual rotation handle 20 in no-loading to quickly feed the moving claw 14.
