The jaw crusher for manufacturing the concrete-recycled aggregate 1 by compressing and crushing concrete waste charged between a fixed tooth 6 and a movable tooth 4 is provided, wherein a crushing energy absorbing means 20 absorbing crushing energy exceeding a certain load is provided in a member loaded with a compression load acting on the fixed tooth 6 and/or a movable tooth 4, to preferentially crush mortal component of the concrete waste.
