Title:
JIG FOR ASSEMBLING CASING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1128123
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for assembling a casing capable of remarkably reducing man-hour for assembling work by simplifying the assembling work of constructing plates to form a corner part by mutually connecting the plates arranged outside and partially inside at the time of assembling a casing. SOLUTION: Tongued edges 7 and 8 which are projectingly formed at a right angle from a fitting piece 9 and bent from respective bent piece 6b and 6c double-folded of a bending part 6a are hit at a right angle into thin/long grooves 4 and 5 formed at the fixing surfaces H1 and H2 of plates 2 and 3 to previously connect the two sheets of plates 2 and 3. Thereby, the assembling work of constructing the plates to form the corner part is simplified and the man-hour for assembling work is remarkably reduced.
