PURPOSE: To carry out an accurate automatic welding of a two-wheeled vehicle under a dual and variable control of the posture of the vehicle by holding a tack-welded two-wheeled vehicle with a jig frame possible to revolve between a pair of toric guides on the horizontal axis and enabling the vehicle body to rotate around an axis in the diametral direction.
CONSTITUTION: A tack-welded two-wheeled body W on a raising jig 6 on a jig truck 5 delivered is received on supporting members 18 of a pair of supporting frames 15 supported by a guide roller 16a between a pair of toric guide rails 14 on the horizontal axis and so that they can revolve by a motor 16c. This pair of supporting frames 15 can rotate by a motor 16e around an axis in the diametric direction of the toric guide rails 14. Accordingly, the normal welding of the vehicle body can be automatized by robots on both sides variably controlling the posture of the vehicle, reasonably, dually, without distortion and accurately.
