PURPOSE: To offer the joining method for Ti-Al based intermetallic compound and Ti alloy or Al alloy.
CONSTITUTION: This method is the joining method for Ti-Al based intermetallic compound pressurizing and joining the Ti-Al compound intermetallic compound with a superplastic alloy consisting of a Ti alloy under a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere at 800-1000°C heating temperature, at 5×10-4-5×10-3sec-1 strain rate, and by ≤5kg/mm2 pressurizing force, and also, for the Ti-Al based intermetallic compound pressurizing and joining the Ti-Al compound intermetallic compound with a superplastic alloy consisting of an Al alloy under a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere at 400-500°C heating temperature, at 5×10-4-5×10-3sec-1 strain rate, and by ≤5kg/mm2 pressurizing force.
