Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method using a resin sheet which makes it possible to easily and efficiently join metal plates whose surfaces are covered with resin.SOLUTION: A joining method of the present invention is a joining method in which a first member 10 and a second member 20 each of which is made of a metal plate whose surface is coated with resin are joined by means of a resin sheet 30 constituted by a vinyl chloride-based resin and a resin composition containing plasticizer, the method having a supply step for supplying a sheet-like resin composition 35 in a molten state by heating so as to cover the joining part formed by arranging a side provided in the first member 10 and a side provided in the second member 20 opposite to each other, and a solidification step which forms the resin sheet 30 by solidify the resin composition 35 formed in a sheet to join the first member 10 and the second member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
