To provide a filling apparatus applied for a discharge material which is solid at a normal temperature and melted to be a fluidized state by heating to equal to or above a prescribed temperature.

This filling apparatus has a joint filler loading part 2 for loading the joint filler, a holding body 3 which is provided at the rear end of the joint filler loading part 2 and to which a lever 12 is pivotally attached, a discharge nozzle 5 which is arranged at the tip of the joint filler loading part 2 and discharges the joint filler, and a piston 4 which is provided at the tip end part of a rod 18 advancing by the turning action of the lever 12 and discharges the joint filler loaded in the joint filler loading part 2 from the discharge nozzle 5. The filling apparatus is further provided with a heater 6 for the loading part which heats the outer peripheral surface of the joint filler loading part 2 for loading a sulfur solidified body solid at a normal temperature and melted to be fulidized state by heating to equal to or above the prescribed temperature inside and can control the temperature to keep the sulfur solidified body in the fluidized state, and a heater 7 for the nozzle which heats the peripheral surface of the discharge nozzle 5 and can control the temperature to keep the sulfur solidified body passed through the inside in the fluidized state.
