PURPOSE: To shorten a construction period by driving a wedge into a communicated wedging hole formed out of male and female molds of a joint metal coupled to and integrated with each other.

CONSTITUTION: A joint metal male mold formed out of the barrel center type male mold center projection 1 integrally formed on a male mold metal substrate 5 is jointed to a structural member 22 of H-section steel or the like at the side of the male mold joint metal with a bolt 36 via an edge plate 24. Also, a joint metal female mold formed out of a female mold upper biting and holding projection 13 and a male mold lower biting and holding projection 14 integrally formed on a male mold metal substrate 12 is bolted to a structural member 23 of H-section steel or the like at the side of the female mold joint metal via a plate 24. Then, the center projection 1 is inserted between the sections 13 and 14, thereby forming wedging hole 6 to be continuous. Furthermore a wedge is driven into the hole 6 in a direction from the section 13, thereby jointing the male and female molds to each other.
