PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of a work for removing a husk and a work for cutting a fruit by providing a drill-like cutting edge on the tip of a juicer supported so as to be freely slidable by pointing to a fruit on a fruit placing base.

CONSTITUTION: A fruit 7 is placed on a fruit placing base 17, the center is aligned with the center of a drill-like cutting edge 3, a drill shaft 18 is rotated by operating a switch 2 and while holding the fruit 7 with a hand, a juicer main body 1 is allowed to descend along a guide part 10. Subsequently, the drill-like cutting edge 5 goes in from a hole 8 of the center part of the fruit 7, goes in to the inner part and the descent is stopped, and when a slider driving lever 6 is depressed, a slider 5 descends, and a cutter member 4 is bent so as to swell out in the radial direction of the drill shaft 18. As for the cutter member 4, one end thereof is fixed to the drill-like cutting edge 3 and it rotates together with the drill shaft 18 and the flesh part is cut finely, stirred and fruit juice is juiced out. An operator depresses the lever to the extent that the cutter member 4 does not reach a husk of the fruit 7, therefore, the husk of the fruit 7 is not flawed, and fruit juice is preserved in the husk being in a state that an initial shape remains held.
