Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve collection efficiency of juice.
SOLUTION: This juicer comprises a body 1 having a drive means, a partition vessel 5 detachably installed in the body 1 and having its inside partitioned into an inner juice guide part 6 and an outer lees receiving part 7 by a cylindrical partition wall 16, and a cutter 25 disposed inside the partition wall 16 of the partition vessel 5, detachably installed on an output shaft 2a of the drive means and grating a put-in food material by the rotation by the drive means. This juicer is provided with a preparation member 23 separating the juice from the lees by a filter 26, a lid body 28 closing the partition vessel 5, a juice vessel 38 receiving the juice extracted from the juice guide part 6 of the partition vessel 5 and a communication part communicated with the juice guide part 6 in the bottom of the lees guide part 7 in the partition vessel 5. The partition wall 16 is provided with an annular rib 19 projecting inward in its upper part.
