Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize/simplify a controller operation part without impairing the multiple functions of a water heater by using a portable terminal, and to reduce the manufacturing cost and the easing of an installation condition of a water heater itself.
SOLUTION: The controller 120 for controlling the water heater comprises a receiving means 124b for receiving a wireless control signal transmitted from the portable terminal 140 having a function for downloading a user application program on the basis of a downloaded program of the portable terminal 140, and a control means 121 for operating the controller 120 on the basis of a control signal received by the receiving means 124b.
