PURPOSE: To provide a jump trainer capable of disciplining muscles of one's feet and waist and being effective for increasing and holding one's physical strength, by providing a jump bar continuously rotating and divices to be attached to the trainer.

CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft 4 is turned by a DC motor 1 of a power source through a gear3 connected thereto via a reduction gear group 2. The rotating shaft 4 is supported by a stationary shaft 8, and the jump bar is secured to the rotating shaft 4 by means of a permanent magnet 6. The jump bars5 in a plurality number can be fitted around the rotating shaft 4, and by varying the height of each jump bar 5 it is made possible to perform a variety of training items. Furthermore, there are provided a device 7 for indicating the number of times of jump and a divice for setting the number of times of jump, and a preset counter manually set is used in said device for setting the number of times of jump
