PURPOSE: To provide a jump trainer capable of disciplining muscles on one's feet and waist and being effective for increasing and holding one's physical strength by providing a jump bar continuously rotating and devices to be attached to the trainer.

CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft 4 is turned by a DC motor 1 of a power source through a gear 3 connected thereto via a reduction gear group 2. The rotaing shaft 4 is supported by a stationary shaft 8, and the jump bar 5 is secured to the rotating shaft 4 by means of a permanent magnet6. The jump bars 5 in a plurality number can be fited around the rotating shaft 4, and by varying the height of each jump bar 5, it is made possible to perform a variety of training items.
