Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the number of a song that a user desires retrievable through easy input operation according to memory associated with an artist that the user likes.
SOLUTION: A karaoke controller has a table which contains song numbers by artist numbers so that the song numbers are made to correspond to the artist numbers, a means for commanding a retrieval mode for a song number by operation input, a means for operating and inputting a desired number, a means of retrieving a song number made to an artist number from the artist number-to-music number correspondence table when the artist number is inputted in the retrieval mode, and a means of displaying the retrieved song number on a display so that the retrieved song number can be selected by the operation input.
