To provide a ketimine composition which is prepared by a method for modifying various kinds of ketimines with a urethane and further a curable resin composition having improved internal curability.

The ketimine composition comprises a ketimine compound and a urethane modified ketimine compound prepared by reacting a reaction product that is prepared by reacting a primary amine compound represented by formula (1) with a ketone compound represented by formula (2), in which the ketimination rate of the primary amine is ≥80%, with a urethane prepolymer containing an isocyanate group at the molecular chain terminal obtained by reacting a polyol compound with a polyisocyanate compound. The curable resin composition comprises the ketimine composition and an epoxy resin.
