Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key-shaped selector switch enabling reduction in costs by reducing the number of components and reducing assembly steps.SOLUTION: First to third tumblers 12-14 attached to a rotor 8 have a large projection 16 at one end and a small projection 17 with a smaller shape than the large projection at the other end formed. On an inner peripheral surface of a rotor case 7 formed are a plurality of large clearance grooves 18-21 enabling approach of the large projections and the small projections of the tumblers that slide in tumbler holes due to withdrawal or insertion operation of a key 9, and a plurality of small clearance grooves 22, 23 enabling approach of the small projections of the tumblers and disabling approach of the large projections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
