This LED light-emitting device is provided with: a substrate; a plurality of first fine regions which are each mounted on the substrate, emit light of a first color, and include a first LED die and a first fluorescent resin covering an upper surface of the first LED die; a plurality of second fine regions which are each mounted on the substrate, emit light of a second color, and include a second LED die and a second fluorescent resin covering an upper surface of the second LED die; a first wire electrically connecting the first LED dies included in the plurality of first fine regions in series and thereby forming a first LED row; and a second wire electrically connecting the second LED dies included in the plurality of second fine regions in series and thereby forming a second LED row. The plurality of first fine regions and the plurality of second fine regions are arranged in a staggered manner so as to form a checkered pattern on the substrate.
