Abstract:
To provide a labor management device, a labor management system, an attendance management program and recording data which enable attendance to be managed with the high reliability and enable the rule compliance state of each crew to be easily grasped.SOLUTION: A labor management device acquires biological information by a sensor from a crew who performs the transportation business, detects a specific crew by a biological information authentication unit 14, generates attendance data based on the operation date obtained by detecting at least the times of business start and end for a specific crew by an attendance data generation unit 21, determines a compliance state on labor of the crew by collating a compliance item on labor management such as a rest period and the attendance data by a rule compliance determination unit 25, outputs a rule violation state on labor as an attendance daily report 42 or the like by an attendance document output unit 27 based on the determination result, and performs biometric authentication by comparing photograph data read from a driver's license 41 with a real-time face image. The labor management device 10 and a DTG on-vehicle device 30 cooperate with each other to detect the disguised service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
