Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the clerical work quantity related to labor of a workshop by executing an overall process management including a process management, a labor management and a safety management based on intrinsic information of each worker and construction work information of the whole. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with a work process (day's program) prepared when an order of a construction work has been received, reference process information of a work is registered in a process management table 2. For instance, in case of a high place work which requires a qualified scaffolding man, a fact that the qualified scaffolding man is required and the number of qualified scaffolding men and days are registered. Also, intrinsic information of a worker, for instance, labor and process management information such as a company to which the worker belongs, the date of birth, the kind of the job, a qualification, etc., health management information such as his blood pressure and its measured day, a physical trouble and others, etc. is recorded in advance on a magnetic card or an IC card carried by each worker, and its information is read by an intrinsic information input part 1. As a result, a process management information processing part 4 prepares forecasting data of the number of workers of each process and kind of job from the intrinsic information of each worker and a ratio of the number of persons of the kind of the job required for each process of the data registered in the process management table, and outputs it from an output part 8.
