A laminate comprises a layer(A), a layer (B) and a layer (C) laminated in this order. A thickness ratio of the layer(B)/the layer (C) is 2/98-25/75. The layer (A) is a layer that includes a terephthalic acid derived unit and ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol derived units as a main constituent unit, and comprises a polyester resin in which a glass transformation temperature is 45-90°C, the layer (B) is a layer that includes 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid derived unit and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol derived unit as a main constituent unit, and comprises an alicyclic polyester-based resin in which a melting point is 160-240°C, and the layer (C) is a layer that comprises an aromatic polycarbonate resin.
