To provide a laminate excellent in transparency and adhesiveness and a drawn laminate which is obtained by stretching the laminate and excellent in transparency and adhesiveness after drawing.

In the laminate, an adhesive resin layer (I) comprising 10-99.5 wt.% of a resin component (A) and 0.5-30 wt.% of a polymer component (B) [the total contents of the resin component (A) and (B) is 100 wt.%] and a polar polymer layer (II) are laminated. The resin component (A) is a propylene polymer obtained by producing a component (a1) by polymerization and successively producing a component (a2) by polymerization. The components (a1) and (a2) comprise specified solubility and composition ratios. The resin component (B) is a kind of modified polypropylene containing at least 0.01 wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride unit.
