Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively manufacture a laminate showing excellent adhesive strength between a foamed resin molded item and a non-foamed resin molded item.
SOLUTION: The laminate of the foamed resin molded item and the non- foamed resin molded item both integrated into one body is manufactured by mounting the non-foamed resin molded item in one mold of a foamed resin molding mold comprising a pair of molds and filling foamable resin particulates in a cavity of the mold, thereafter introducing steam from a steam aperture mounted on the molding surface into the cavity to heat and melt-bond the foamable resin particles and form them into the foamed resin molded item while the non-foamed resin molded item is heated at the same time wherein an opening area of the steam aperture arranged on the mold for the non-foamed molded item to be mounted therein per unit surface area of the molding surface of the mold is 1.5 to 4.0 times the opening area of the mold for the foamable resin particulates to be heat-bonded to each other.
