Abstract:
To provide a hand towel laminate in which the occurrence of wrinkles is eliminated and take-out property is good even if processed by a M/F processing machine with high production efficiency, and provide a method for manufacturing the hand towel laminate.SOLUTION: A hand towel laminate of the present invention is the laminate of a hand towel 10 which are stacked and laminated by 2-4 plies of single sheets, and are folded and processed by a multi-folder type folding processing machine after embossing processing. The single sheet is dry crepe paper having the basis weight of 15 or more and 23 g/mor less. The hand towel 10 is configured such that the embossment is provided at least in a range of 30 mm or more and 50 mm or less of a folding fold part 11 and a range of 10 mm or more and 40 mm or less of sheet ends 12a, 12b, an embossment area is 0.4 mmor more and 2 mmor less per 1-embossment, a ratio of a pressure part and a non-pressure part of the embossment is in a range of 6% or more and 25% or less, and the thickness of the hand towel is 105% or less in thickness before or after the embossing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
