To provide a laminate of a moisture-proof film and a wooden base material used for a decorative material for a floor having a reduced occurrence of curving and warping even when a decorative sheet with a low moisture permeability is laminated on a front surface of the wooden base material.SOLUTION: A laminate A of a moisture-proof film and a wooden base material used for a decorative material for a floor is formed by laminating a decorative sheet 1, a wooden base material 3 and a moisture-proof film 5 from a front surface to a rear surface, and in the laminate A, (1) the moisture-proof film has a moisture permeability equal to or less than 1 g/m2 24 hours and is a laminate B comprising a primer layer consisting of a two-part curing type urethane resin, an aluminium vapor deposition layer and a surface coat layer containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin in this order on a single surface of a thermoplastic resin film, and (2) the wooden base material has a dimension variation per 1% moisture content variation greater than 0.02% and has an average moisture content rate of 6-10 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
