Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the electromagnetic wave cut-off capacity of an optical filter used in a display and to enhance reliability by making it possible to withstand long-time use while enhancing the light transmissivity of visible light with a wavelength of 380-800 nm.
SOLUTION: In an optical filter using a laminate 30 constituted by forming a laminated film 20, which is obtained by alternately repeatedly laminating a membrane 21 based on silver and a high refractive index oxide membrane 22, on the main plane of a transparent substrate 10, the current resistance value per a unit width of the laminate 30 is set to 10-50 (mA/mm) and a sheet resistance value is set to 0.4-10 (Ω/(square)). Silver having a purity of 99% or more, further pref., 99.9% or more is desirably used in this silver membrane 21.
