To provide a laminated capacitor which maintains prescribed low electrostatic capacitance without being effected by the state of mounting.
The ratio (T/W) of the length T in longitudinal direction of cross section and the length W in lateral direction in parallel with an internal electrode 22 is set at the prescribed value of 0.75 to 1.25, the ratio (T1/ W1) of the distance T1 from the circumference of the internal electrode forming region 25 in the cross-section to the side extending in the lateral direction of the cross-section and the distance W1 to one side extending in the longitudinal direction of the cross-section becomes the prescribed value of 0.5 to 2.0. Also, the ratio (T2/T) of the length T2 in longitudinal direction of the internal electrode forming region 25 and the length T in longitudinal direction of the cross- section is set at the prescribed value of 0.2 to 0.7, and the ratio (W2/W) of the length W2 in lateral direction of the internal electrode forming region 25 and the length W in lateral direction of the cross-section is set at the prescribed value of 0.1 to 0.8 in the laminated capacitor.
