A plurality of inner layer sheets, consisting of a ceramic green sheet where an internal electrode 13 is formed, and a plurality of outer layers, where an internal electrode is not formed, are laminated in such a manner that the outer layer sheet is positioned on the outside, they are pressed and when a laminated body 14 is to be obtained, their fluidity is enhanced by increasing the quantity of a plasticizer and/or the solvent contained in the outer layer sheet than that in the inside layer, and the outer layer part 16, consisting of an outer layer sheet, is allowed to flow into the inner layer part 15, consisting of an inner layer sheet, on the part where the internal electrode 13 is not present.
