Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated film free from a delamination phenomenon caused by a penetration of components by a method wherein an innermost layer is made of a superior polyolefin resin, and there is no adhesive-bonded layer between the innermost layer and a biaxially oriented polyester layer having superior acid content barrier properties.
CONSTITUTION: In the construction of a laminated film 1, on a substrate layer 3 formed by laminating a biaxially oriented polyester copolymer 7 on a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin 8, a polyester copolymer 6, an adhesive resin 5, and a polyolefin resin 4 are laminated. In the production method of the laminated film 1, two layers of a polyester copolymer and a polyethylene terephthalate resin are coextruded and biaxially oriented to form the substrate layer 3 made of the biaxially printed polyester copolymer 7 and the biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin 8, and on the substrate layer 3 three layers of the polyolefin resin 4/the adhesive resin 5/the polyester copolymer 6 are coextruded to be laminated.
