On the front and back faces of the core material 3, a composition consisting of the ceramic fine hollow particle 4 and the resol-type phenol resin is laminated as an intermediate layer 2. In addition, a composition consisting of the ceramic fine hollow particle, glass fiber and the resol-type phenol resin is laminated as a surface layer 1 on the upper face of the intermediate layer 2.
