Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film having such characteristics that, by using the laminated polyester film having a specific configuration as a surface protective film, inspection accompanying optical evaluation of an inspection target member can be easily performed while the protective film is adhered to the member, even when a high-performance inspection device is used, and that the laminated polyester film has good antistatic property and is suitable as a surface protective film.SOLUTION: The laminated polyester film has an antistatic layer on at least one surface thereof, in which the antistatic layer comprises a polythiophene or a polythiophene derivative, and an outermost surface layer of the polyester film in contact with the antistatic layer does not contain particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
