Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film as a surface protective film substrate, giving a surface protective film that facilitates an inspection of a member accompanying optical evaluation while the protective film is stuck to the member, that has good antistatic property, and that can be subjected to laser processing (cutting, marking, trimming, drilling or the like) to minimize generation of foreign substances derived from the surface protective film or generation of burrs in a member.SOLUTION: A laminated polyester film is provided, which has an antistatic layer on at least one surface of a polyester film and is characterized in that the polyester film contains an ultraviolet absorbent, the antistatic layer contains a polythiophene or a polythiophene derivative, and the outermost layer of the polyester film in contact with the antistatic layer does not contain particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
