Abstract:
To provide a laminated solar battery, having high photoelectric conversion efficiency by optimizing the film quality of a photoelectric conversion element and the rough the surface of the laminated solar battery.
In a laminated solar battery, a first electrode layer 3, a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 4, 6, and a second electrode layer 7 are laminated on a support substrate 2, and an intermediate layer 5, having a rough surface is interposed between at least one or more photoelectric conversion elements.
