To simultaneously achieve an increased capacity and low ESR of a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor used for various kinds of electronic devices.
The laminated solid electrolytic capacitor comprises an element 4 formed by laminating an anode foil 1 and a cathode foil 2 with a separator 3 interposed therebetween, a solid electrolyte 5 formed of a conductive polymer impregnated between the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2 of the element 4, and an exterior body 6 for coating them. The anode foil 1 to be used is formed of an aluminum deposited layer formed by deposition on the surface of a base material made of aluminum. The cathode foil 2 to be used is formed of a nickel deposited layer formed of nickel and nickel oxide formed by deposition on at least one surface of the base material made of aluminum. Thereby, a size reduction resulting from a reduced thickness, and the increased capacity can be simultaneously achieved, and also the low ESR can be achieved.
