Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure analytical method and a laminated structure analytical instrument for double refraction mediums, and a computer-readable record medium in which its program is recorded.
SOLUTION: In the laminated structure analytical method for analyzing a laminated double refraction medium, parameters concerning the electric field of a transmitted electromagnetic wave and the propagation of an electromagnetic wave in the double refraction laminated medium, parameters concerning scattering of the electromagnetic wave in a layer where the electromagnetic wave propagating in the double refraction medium reflects, and an angle θ of the deflection surface of the electromagnetic wave with respect to the principal axis of the double refraction medium are held as parameters, and an electromagnetic wave which propagates the double refraction medium, reflects at a reflecting surface, and returns back propagating the double refraction medium is found, on the basis of a scattering property in the reflecting surface and a propagation property in the double refraction medium concerning coordinate components based on the principal axis of the input electromagnetic wave. The angle θ and the depth of the reflecting surface are changed as parameters, and the relation among the angle θ and the depth of the reflecting surface and the received electromagnetic wave is output.
