PURPOSE: To eliminate waste of a laminating film and waste of a laminating time by cutting the film to be conveyed after laminating at the same speed as the conveying speed while moving a cutter unit.

CONSTITUTION: A cutter unit 17 for cutting laminating films 6a, 6b which have been laminated is provided movably at the same speed as conveying speeds of the films 6a, 6b in the same direction. The unit 17 cuts the films 6a, 6b while moving the cutting positions of the films 6a, 6b and the unit 17 at the same speed. Thus, wastes of the films 6a, 6b and laminating times can be omitted.
