Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the outflow of a bonding agent when a laminate formed by overlapping a plurality of bases is laminate pressed under heat, also prevent, for instance, the outflow of a prepreg at the time of manufacturing a laminate for a multi-layer base and also prevent the troubles of defective wiring and the like in the manufacture.
SOLUTION: A laminating press multi-layer film formed by laminating a film layer A 12, a film layer B 13 and a film layer C 14 in the above order is disposed between a press plate 11 and a laminate. The film layer A 12 and the film layer C 14 are composed of heat-resistant resin such as fluororesin. The film layer B 13 is composed of thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene. At the pressing time, the film layer B 13 is in the melt pressed state to prevent the outflow of a prepreg 15.
