Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination forming apparatus capable of appropriately pressing a product, which laminates a laminated material and a material to be laminated, and forming its surface flat so as to form the product of a good appearance and well laminated without generating a void.
SOLUTION: The lamination forming apparatus is arranged with a vacuum laminator 1 and a flattening press machine 2 adjacent each other, further, a continuous film like laminating material 5 and a carrier 6 are arranged so as to pass from respective feed rolls 7, 8, between both heating boards 1A, 1B and 2A, 2B and to extend toward coiling rolls 9, 10. A product 4' laminated, in the state having ruggedness on a surface by the vacuum laminator 1, is pressed by the flattening heat boards 2A, 2B at a prescribed temperature, is formed so as to have a flat face.
