PURPOSE: To fill the defective part produced in veer surely when green sheets are accumulated by forming the small land of small diameter on the upper layer of a land.

CONSTITUTION: A land 4 is provided on the printing surface of the bia 3 which is formed by filling a through hole 1C with the conductive material such as copper powder. The small land 5 with the almost same size as the diameter D of the veer 3 is provided on the upper layer 4A of the land 4 at the green sheet 1-1. If such method is carried out, when a second green sheet 1-2 is laminated on a first green sheet 1-1 as the arrow B, the small land 5 of the first green sheet 1-1 is engaged with the defective part 3A of the second green sheet 1-2, and by laminating the first green sheet 1-1 on the second green sheet 1-2, the bias 3 of both sheets are mutually bonded surely. Sure connection of the bia without the cavity in the bond of the veer is achieved, and the quality of a multilayer base plate is improved.
