Abstract:
PURPOSE: To omit a primary heating exclusive roll of a metal strip panel in a method for laminating a thermally adhesive synthetic resin film to the metal strip panel such as a steel panel, to conserve the installation space of equipment and to eliminate the slip flaw generated on a primary heating roll.
CONSTITUTION: Seal rolls are arranged on the inlet side of a vacuum chamber 1 and seal rolls 4 and laminating rolls 5, 5 are arranged on the outlet side thereof and the synthetic resin films 7 sent by the outlet seal rolls 4 and the laminating rolls 5, 5 are bonded to the surfaces of the metal strip panel 2 sent by the inlet seal rolls under heating and pressure by the laminating rolls 5, 5. In this method, the seal rolls on the inlet side of the vacuum chamber are set to primary heating and sealing rolls 3, 3.
