Abstract:

To provide a lancing device, penetrating with a controlled constant penetration depth.

This lancing device includes: a housing; a lancing mechanism functionally fitted to the housing; a pressure tip part; and a trigger mechanism. The pressure tip part is movably fitted to the housing and engaged with a target part to form a target part raised part. The trigger mechanism detects the target site bulge with a predetermined height and starts to fix the pressure tip part to the housing. The position of the target site bulge is prevented from moving to the housing by fixing the pressure tip part. Since the position of the target site bulge to the housing is controlled by the trigger mechanism, the penetration depth is kept constant by fixing the pressure tip part.
