To reconstitute a three-dimensional tomographic image from a radiation image which is two-dimensionally acquired by an X-ray.
This tomographing method and the device are a medical imaging method and a device, and are equipped with an X-ray irradiation source (400), and a radiation sensor (300) equipped with a sensing surface. A series of two-dimensional images of a zone (100) are formed by moving the sensor (300) around the zone of the observation objective of a subject. By this process, image data are processed in such a manner that the three-dimensional tomographing reconstitution of the zone of the observation objective may be performed. The X-ray flux which reaches the sensing surface of the sensor (300) is selectively demarcated by side surfaces (310), and the flux demarcation maintains an interval demarcation (320) of a series of the images.
