Title:
LARGE SCALE FISHING BANK SYSTEM CONSISTING MAINLY OF CAST IRON FRAME AND WOODEN FISHING BANK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3684502
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventional fishing bank businesses do not achieve an original purpose of increasing fish catches.
SOLUTION: Thinnings cut down and left on forests are used to make fishing banks, thereby enabling the realization of forest regeneration and fishery promotion. This invented fishing bank system consists mainly of the wooden fishing banks set to a cast iron frame. The wooden fishing banks, concrete fishing banks and shelves for lobsters are combined to secure an environment in which many fishes can gather and live. Thus, the fishing bank environment facilitating the living of the fishes can be built in a large scale to outgrow and transform coastal fishery into an attractive industry. Since a considerable quantity of construction works are necessary for the construction and maintenance, the large scale fishing bank system is extremely effective as an alternative of public work for local economy. Flood control dams, sand control dams, roads, tunnels, and the like are directly not bound to production, but the constructed fishing banks largely contribute to local economy due to the increase of fish catches. Therefore, the fishing banks have remarkably high investment efficiency.
